GETTING HERE

BY CAR / MOTORCYCLE

Take the A14 exit for Faenza (RA), drive across Faenza, and take Provincial Road 502 (SP 502) for Brisighella. Once you have reached the city center, follow Provincial Road 49 (SP 49) towards Modigliana, for about 6 km.

If you will be using your GPS, set the following address from Brisighella:  Via Baccagnano 52.  While driving from Brisighella in the direction of Modigliana, the road leads you up on the hillside of Monte Casale, and approximately 800 meters from the ridge, you will see the Casolari del Parco on your right-hand side.  You made it!

Are you coming from Tuscany? If you want to avoid the A1 motorway to Bologna and descend along the A14, don’t miss the panoramic route Colla di Casaglia.  It is by far one of the Tuscan-Romagnolo Apennine’s most fascinating passages, and it connects the Mugello Valley with that of the Lamone: once you arrive in Brisighella, follow the directions above.

The closest gas stations are in Brisighella and Modigliana, both about 6 km from the Crinale.

BY TRAIN

If you don't have a car and prefer to travel by public transport, the arrival point is the Brisighella (RA) railway station, found along the Bologna - Ancona line.

If you come from Tuscany, you can also choose the suggestive Apennine railway route that connects Florence to Faenza, deeply immersed in nature among the hills, vineyards, olive trees, woods and gullies, on board of the so called Dante train.

Once in Brisighella, we will pick you up. To date, in fact, there is no public transport to get to the Crinale, but we’re in the midst of changing that. Stay tuned ...
